Only persons over the age of 18 are able to attend investigations
Investigations are taken seriously, Dont bother if you just want to mess around
As some investigations will be in hotels, consideration must be given to customers of the venue
Always stay with the group you are in, never stray from the group unless you notify the leader

No refunds will be given, unless the event is cancelled by Ghost detectives
